Every Napoli's pie starts with a ball of dough that's been resting longer than most people's lunch break. Hand-tossed, wood-fired, and built on recipes that predate the internet.
Napoli's didn't open to fill a gap in Redford's pizza scene. We opened because the family who started it believed that good pizza shouldn't be rushed — that dough deserves time, sauce deserves real tomatoes, and cheese deserves to be the star, not an afterthought.
Thirty-plus years later, we're still doing the same thing: building pies the way our grandparents would have wanted. No shortcuts. No frozen anything. Just flour, water, salt, fire, and a whole lot of patience.
We don't pay for ads. We pay for ingredients — and let our customers do the talking.
"I've been coming here for over ten years. The crust is always the same — perfect char on the outside, soft and airy on the inside. Nothing else in Redford comes close."
"The Pepperoni is unreal. Those little cups of spice-filled grease? That's the best part. We drive 30 minutes just for this. Worth every mile."
"Ordered the White Pie for a family dinner and everyone — even the picky kids — cleaned their plates. That doesn't happen at any other restaurant."
We're easy to find, hard to leave hungry. Walk in, call ahead, or pull up — we'll have a slice with your name on it.
